This 4-button smart key remote shell is a direct aftermarket replacement housing for Ford and Lincoln proximity remotes built between 2011 and 2020. It is designed for keys that are still electronically sound but physically worn, cracked, faded or water damaged — simply transfer the original circuit board into the new shell and the customer has a key that looks and feels brand new, with no reprogramming required.
The shell reproduces the factory Ford smart key profile with a chrome side trim, black button pad and a removable emergency key blade in the base. It is supplied as a complete housing with front cover, rear battery cover, button rubber and emergency blade.
