The adapter supports all NCF29xx series chip remotes, covering the Jeep Wrangler proximity and flip smart keys built around NXP transponders. All required lines are broken out and clearly silk-screened along the board edge — MSCL, GND, WAKE, MSDA and VCC — alongside a multi-pin connector socket, and a yellow WAKE probe lead with a gold-plated tip is supplied for remotes that need a wake-up signal before they will respond.

What It Does

The MCKB006 is the physical bridge between a Jeep Wrangler smart key PCB and your key programming device. With the remote board clamped in place and the harness connected, your tool can communicate with the onboard NXP transponder to carry out key and remote adding and related smart key operations. It replaces the traditional soldering method, which is slow, risky, and frequently leaves permanent marks on a customer's key.

How To Use

1. Open the Jeep Wrangler smart key shell and carefully remove the remote PCB.
2. Place the PCB into the 06-MMR-V1.1 fixture, matching it to the key outline printed on the board.
3. Swing both clamps over the board and tighten them so the pogo pins press firmly on the contact points.
4. Connect the labelled MSCL, MSDA, VCC and GND pins to the matching terminals on your programming device, or use the on-board connector socket.
5. If the remote requires a wake-up signal, attach the yellow WAKE probe to the point marked WAKE.
6. Run the key adding procedure from your tool's software and follow the on-screen prompts.
7. Loosen the clamps, lift out the PCB, and reassemble the key.
