Models
The memory device is Motorola MCU, which can be either MC68HC912DG128 or MC9S12DG256, both QFP 112 packages.
You can read and write Motorola with TMPro, and view the connection diagram.
For MC68HC912DG128 expected file size is 2048 bytes, for MC9S12DG256 file size must be 4096 bytes.
Use Megamos Crypto or Silca T6 – JMA TP08 or TS48 or CN6 or KD48 transponder.
The software shows a 5-digit PIN code.
The written transponder is ready and programmed to start the vehicle.
