The memory device is a Motorola MC68HC05X32 QFP64 package.
The expected file size is 256 bytes.
Use a T5 transponder.
The written transponder is ready and programmed to start the vehicle.
Important note: Motorola MCU has with locked eeprom area, you have to use a proper programmer to read it.
