The memory device is serial memory 93c46 or 93c56 both SMD8 packages.
The expected file size for 93c46 is 128 bytes, and for 93c56 is 256 bytes.
Use a T5 transponder.
The written transponder is ready and programmed to start the vehicle.
The software shows a 4-digit PIN code.
